WizardHono pricing is primarily based on the number of devices you want to automate. Each integration requires one license, which includes a WizardHono device—a compact computer that connects your analyzers with healthcare software. Along with the device, you’ll also get access to the WizardHono app, where you can monitor communication between systems and analyzers in real time. In addition to the license, there is a monthly maintenance fee that covers license renewal, support, and ongoing upgrades for all connected devices.
WizardHono works with a wide range of analyzers. We already offer preconfigured drivers for over 500 models. If one of your analyzers isn’t already supported, our dedicated and experienced team will develop the integration within just a few days.
WizardHono works seamlessly with WizardLab, our own Laboratory Information System—but it doesn’t stop there. Thanks to its flexible integration layer, WizardHono easily connects with other software in the healthcare ecosystem. Many of our customers use it with third-party LIS, LIMS, Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and EHR platforms.
Our standard setup is simple: 1 analyzer = 1 WizardHono device. This ensures stable, seamless connectivity for each instrument. So, if you plan to connect 5 analyzers, each one will have its own WizardHono device—think of it as a dedicated connection that just works. In some cases, it’s possible to connect an analyzer using only the WizardHono app and your PC’s settings, but this method is less reliable and not recommended for long-term use.
If you decide to replace an analyzer, you can continue using your existing WizardHono license. In most cases, the same WizardHono device can be reused—so you’ll only pay a partial fee for the new integration and setup.
